History of Chocolat Grison
The Müller & Bernhard chocolate factory was founded in Chur in 1893 by Charles Müller and Carl Georg Bernhard. The chocolate factory was renamed Chocolat Grison in 1904. Chocolate was produced in the Fabrica da tschigulatta in Chur for 100 years. In 1906, Chocolat Grison invented the Kernbeisser. This was the first chocolate with whole hazelnuts.
