Fabrica da tschigulatta

The 1968 film “Fabrica da tschigulatta Chocolat Grison” by Radiotelevisiun Svizra Rumantscha (RTR) shows the Chocolat Grison chocolate factory in Chur, which was founded in 1893 by Carl Georg Bernhard and Charles Müller.

CARL GEORG BERNHARD

Carl Georg Bernhard (1858-1939) was a pioneer of the Swiss chocolate industry and grew up in Chur. After studying chemistry in Zurich and Munich, he gained experience in various chocolate factories. In 1893, together with Charles Müller, he founded the Müller & Bernhard chocolate factory, later known as Chocolat Grison.
