CARL GEORG BERNHARD
Carl Georg Bernhard (1858-1939) was a pioneer of the Swiss chocolate industry and grew up in Chur. After studying chemistry in Zurich and Munich, he gained experience in various chocolate factories. In 1893, together with Charles Müller, he founded the Müller & Bernhard chocolate factory, later known as Chocolat Grison.
